However, we recognize that our services may not be suitable for everyone's needs or circumstances. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Certain situations and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Digital materials that have been fully accessed or downloaded cannot be returned, much like physical books that have been read. Once you've completed more than 25% of any course or program, the educational value has been substantially delivered.

One-on-one consulting sessions, webinar recordings, and personalized investment planning documents are considered consumed upon delivery. Additionally, if you've participated in live events, workshops, or received customized reports, these services cannot be refunded as they represent time and resources specifically allocated to your learning experience.

Refund Process Timeline

Step 1

Submit Written Request

Contact our customer service team at info@Omarelyntivo.com with your refund request, including your enrollment details, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation. Include your full name, order number, and purchase date.

Step 2

Review and Verification

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. We'll verify your eligibility based on our refund criteria, check your course progress, and assess the circumstances of your request. You may be contacted for additional information.

Step 3

Decision Notification

You'll receive a written response regarding the status of your refund request. If approved, we'll provide details about the refund amount and processing timeline. If denied, we'll explain the reasoning and suggest alternative solutions.

Step 4

Processing and Payment

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Partial Refunds and Prorated Credits

In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds or account credits instead of full refunds. This typically applies when you've accessed some but not all of the course materials, or when technical issues have impacted your learning experience. Prorated refunds are calculated based on the percentage of unused materials and the time remaining in your access period.

Account credits can be applied toward future Omarelyntivo services and remain valid for 12 months from the issue date. These credits cannot be transferred to other individuals but can be used for any of our event investment planning courses, workshops, or consulting services offered during the validity period.

Important Payment Method Information

Refunds are always processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different accounts, cards, or payment services. For purchases made with expired cards, please contact your financial institution to update your information before requesting a refund.

Special Circumstances and Exceptions

We understand that unexpected life events can interfere with your educational goals. In cases of documented medical emergencies, military deployment, or other significant hardships, we may consider exceptions to our standard refund timeline. These requests require appropriate documentation and are evaluated individually by our management team.

Technical issues on our platform that prevent access to purchased materials may also qualify for refund consideration, regardless of the seven-day window. However, you must report technical problems promptly and allow our support team reasonable time to resolve the issues before a refund request will be considered.

International Customers and Currency

For customers outside Canada, refunds are processed in the same currency as the original transaction. Currency exchange rates may affect the final amount you receive, and any associated bank fees or international transfer charges are the responsibility of the customer. Processing times may be extended for international refunds, potentially taking 10-15 business days.

Customers who paid through third-party services like PayPal or other international payment processors should expect refunds to follow those services' standard timelines and procedures. We cannot expedite refunds that are processed through external payment systems.
